We of the Downtown Cougars would like to tell you about the rules we have in our group:
1.
Do NOT, I repeat NOT freecop during your application, we don't need cops in our group.
If there is a situation that you see a DC member freecop, it is most likely for roleplay purposes, so don't go cop because you see another member doing it.
2.
When you are an applicant, always follow orders from a DC member, when accepted in DC, always follow orders of your superiors.

Do NOT cophunt because we are a criminal group. When a cop comes near, don't shoot at him, unless you are wanted and the cop threatens you with shooting themselves. Cops also might just want to roleplay!
4.
Be nice in the mainchat, do NOT flame at anyone, no matter in what situation. Report rulebreakers, do NOT shout at them.
5.
Help new players where you can, instead of taking advantage of them, DC has a reputation to keep up.
6.
We would also appreciate it that, aside from our rules, you will follow the server rules as well. Rulebreakers aren't what DC needs.
